Fun fact, the 250 trout are transported to the pond via a chairlift ride. To check it out, take a short but steady climb, with lots of rock stairs to start. After an hour of hiking you\u2019ll be at the top. There you\u2019ll find stillness, spruce scent, and brook trout disturbing the water surface as they rise for a meal. Bring a rod if you\u2019ve got one (and a license), or just dip your toes and watch the mist lift off the pond like something out of\u00a0<em>A River Runs Through It<\/em>.
